SLA 250® LASER UPGRADE
Replaces old generation HeCd Gas lasers. It involves minimal hardware changes, cooling plate, cables. Automatic on/off functions. Transparent use for the operator.

THE ADVANTAGES
The A-Wave series allow the use of latest materials developed for Solid State Lasers like Somos® Watershed 11122 XC , Somos® ProtoGen , Somos® NeXt , Somos®NanoTool etc. It gives a new life to the SLA 250 system. It uses a patented method of wavelength conversion.
It reduces system downtime thanks to its high quality components. The effective VAT power is up to 70 mW, adjustable depending by the processed material. Improves system resolution down to 0,10 mm without optics replacement. Excellent beam quality and power stability and excellent surface quality.
EASY INTEGRATION
Installs in one day with minimal hardware changes.No need for replacement of the optics. Integrates into the system without external components thanks to its compact design. No need for cooling chiller or additional external units.
Field-replaceable diode. Laser head in sealed unit.
Requires no changes to processing styles or parameters. Fully tested on materials. Does not alter the properties of the vat or special products.Lower consumption, lower heat, air-cooled, easy to maintain.Switching on and off are managed by the software, as is processing power according to the material.

A-Wave comes with a one year warranty at unlimited hours. The solid-state lasers generally have a duration of >10,000 hours.
