Founded in 2000 as Shanghai Union Technology Co. Ltd, Uniontech was one of the pioneers in the development of SLA technology in its area.

STEREOLITHOGRAPHY - SLA

The SLA or Stereolithography technology, consists in the polymerization, layer after layer, of a photosensitive resin through the use of a UV laser and the scanning mirrors.
Is the most established and reliable technology on the market, having been the first to be developed between all of the 3D printing techniques.


HIGH QUALITY COMPONENTS

For the components of its systems Uniontech use proven quality manufacturers and with high reliability. The lasers used are by the U.S. company Spectra Physics , scanners by German Scanlab and the Japanese PLC Panasonic . Magics of Materialise or Polydevs by Uniontech is used for the preparation of models and printing.

LOCAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Thanks to local distributors with proven experience as Key Service, the Uniontech systems are supported in a professional manner and in line with response times expected by customers. The local stock of spare parts also ensures a ready answer for any service need.

Uniontech systems, are equipped with proprietary RS Con software, allow remote communication, interfacing with company databases for reporting, remote production planning on multiple systems, remote diagnostics and management.
RS Con also allows the modification of the build parameters during the printing operation.
